My friends and I had a two night break at The Banksia before returning to the UK. It was an excellent choice for chilling after an exciting, experienced packed holiday in South Africa. The service is excellent, the rooms are large, comfortable and have excellent views.

Banksia boutique is absolutely heavenly! It's something out of a movie, the court yard it's dreamy, bedrooms are just spectacular, comfy beds gorgeous bathroom, what more can I say. The staff were extremely friendly, they happily organised an early check in and a airport transfer for us, which was very appreciated. The location was close and convenient to everything, just a short Uber drive to all hot spots. Can not fault a thing! We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town.

I loved the decor and vintage vibes in the house, and the quiet atmosphere gave us a moment of calm at the end of a long trip. The staff was extremely professional and accommodating of our need to store our bags until our flight and all three ladies we interacted with were friendly and nice to speak with! Room was spotless and had an amazing view along with a reasonably priced minibar from our view spending USD.
